My order doesn’t fit. Can I exchange it for a different size?

While we do not accept exchanges on custom or personalized items, we would be happy to get you a size that fits if we have access to additional inventory to remake it. Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your item so we can help figure out the best solution. If we don’t have inventory on hand we may offer alternatives, instore credit or we’d be happy to walk you through the returns process.
