We’re sorry that your order did not work out! It is important that you contact us within 7 days of receiving the item so we can help you with next steps.
- We will be happy to issue a refund if your item is:
- Damaged (not shipping related)
- Not as expected- significantly different than depicted (you were sent the wrong color, size, or a personalized item was created incorrectly.
- It will speed-up the process if you have a photo you can share of what you received to compare with your original order.
If your item is as described, but it is just not for you, we do offer refunds to first time customers and we cover the cost to ship it back. If you have purchased with us in the past, we would be happy to offer in store credit. Please note, it is the customers responsibility to pay for return shipping and original shipping costs are non refundable.
Once you have a tracking number for the return, please let us know and we will be happy to issue instore credit immediately.
