What does the ‘Current Turn Around Time’ below each product mean?

The ‘Current Turn Around Time’ is the length of time you can expect the product to be shipped to you. Please keep in mind this is an estimate so your order may ship before or after this date. Once the product is shipped it can take up to 5-7 business days to arrive at your door. If you are picking up your order locally, you will recieve a text or email from us.

Lost/Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  If order tracking shows your item(s) as “Delivered”, order will not be refunded or replaced. You will have to contact your local post office or shipping facility and file a lost/stolen mail claim.

How do I know that my order has been shipped?

You should see a confirmation email within a few minutes of your order. You will then get another email once tracking has been added. If you don’t see these emails, please check your spam folder, and make sure that you have the correct email associated with your Nine20 account. You can also go back into your Orders on your account to ensure that your order went through. To track a package click here.

Local Pickup

Location: We are located between 4th St. and Rienzi Rd just west of Highway 151 in Fond du Lac. We offer 24/7 local porch pickup with a password protected parcel box and ring system in place. Porch pick up is at my home so for privacy and security reasons, an address will only be disclosed when orders are ready for pickup. (Use the info above to determine if picking up is the best option based off your location). Please ensure the correct email and/or phone number are provided at checkout to recieve notifications. An email will be sent with our address and a password to pick up your order. When that email arrives, you can pickup at any time convient for you. If a week has passed and your order is still in the box, I will reach out once more to ensure you recieved the email. To get a text message, please also provide your phone number under your account page and I will be happy to communicate with you about your order that way.
