All sales are final on discounted, wholesale and on sale items. "Final Sale” means the specified item is not eligible for return or exchange.

Non-returnable items
Non-returnable items include but are not limited to: Clearance Final Sale and Items purchased from a fundraiser Custom Items (unless the custom requested item doesn’t match the proof you approved before being produced) Personalized items (unless your personalization does not match what was requested) Items purchased wholesale (unless our error)
My order doesn’t fit. Can I exchange it for a different size?
While we do not accept exchanges on custom or personalized items, we would be happy to get you a size that fits if we have access to additional inventory to remake it. Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your item so we can help figure out

Shipping + Pickup
What does the ‘Current Turn Around Time’ below each product mean?
The ‘Current Turn Around Time’ is the length of time you can expect the product to be shipped to you. Please keep in mind this is an estimate so your order may ship before or after this date. Once the product is shipped it can take up to 5-7 business
How Can I Change My Shipping Address?
You can remove an old shipping address from your account by going to your Nine20 account page and select “addresses” in the side navigation menu. You can get also get there by clicking here.
Lost/Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If order tracking shows your item(s) as “Delivered”, order will not be refunded or replaced. You will have to contact your local post office or shipping facility and file a lost/stolen mail claim.
How do I know that my order has been shipped?
You should see a confirmation email within a few minutes of your order. You will then get another email once tracking has been added. If you don’t see these emails, please check your spam folder, and make sure that you have the correct email associated with your Nine20 account. You

Do You Offer Gift Cards?
We do! To order visit this link here. You can select a design and add a message as well. If you would like to have the gift card sent to yourself so you can give it to someone formally you can send the gift card to yourself and print it out.
